Celeste

Celeste, the lace crown head piece, is made from 1930s Puy-en-Velay cotton bobbin lace and dipped in sterling silver. On the inside is a silver comb so that the crown sits securely in the hair.

Traditionally, crowns like this one were worn by brides at weddings in Sweden. Growing up, the designer saw several brides wear bridal crowns.
