Please contact us at email@example.com if you would like to return a piece of jewelry. Items that are being returned for a refund must be received within 30 days of purchase (order date). Please ensure that all pieces, including flat surfaces, are protected when returning. Pieces must be received back unworn and in their original condition in order for the return to be processed. Please note that customized and discounted items are not eligible for returns.
You can expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Return Shipments should be sent insured in a box with a trackable method (such as UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority).
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Insurance is highly encouraged for return shipping items and we advise customers to use a shipping method where a tracking number is provided to you for reference.
